William's first July 4th

I love these shots of William. The colors are great!

Doesn't it look like he is doing the salute to the flag?

Here is William getting ready for the fireworks. He was scared at first but when the show was over he kept signing "more! more!"

LA Water park and William's first wedding!

William loves playing with his friend Zachary! They look so cute together when they follow each otehr around and look for each other at the playground.

On the day Zachary's parents went to find out the gender of his baby sibling, we were glad we were able to be at the playground to keep him company since it is the first time he was left with a sitter.

We found that William definitely has mommy and daddy's TV addict genes!

When we brought out William's baby car seat to take down to LA for Shirley and Sung, William climb in as if he remembered the seat! very interesting... does he remember?

Grammie found this awesome public water park in Long Beach when we were in LA! William loved it! What a great park! I hope they can keep it clean.
William behaved very well at his first Wedding?! we only had to step out during the vow part since he kept screaming "oh-oh! oh-oh!" ^_^

They also had a chocolate fountain... I am glad this is not our table cloth^_^

William's big adventure in DC

Since Eric's work schedule was difficult to predict when we can have a vacation, we decided to just go for it one weekend. Destination: DC-where it all started!

It was fun to bring William back to where we got engaged. It is weird to be standing on the exact steps from 7 years ago with our baby in hand.

William surprised us with his first number 2 in a real toilet! we were so proud ^_^ Carol was so nice to loan us her place... but now she will never be able to leave or she will have to take the toilet with her... where her godson first pooped!

We started our journey first by taking the BART... William did so well!

Here is William the little explorer! (great picture taking Carol!)

Here is William with his new wooden ride... or is that the memorial warning sign?

Here is William having a stare down with the squirrel.

Love the free zoo!

Here is Jason trying out their new baby carrier with William as a sample baby!

William loved the museums! He called everything bigger than a person "CAR" and everything smaller than a person "DOG"! (with a lot of enthusiasm).

Here are the proud parents to be! Alice and Jason! thanks for letting me take your pictures!
On the very last day, William found a fountain near Eric's DC office. He had a blast!
This was a great summer vacation for us!

William's first Bay-to-Breakers

Eric and Julie thought they should take William on his first Bay-to-Breakers before William is old enough to ask why there are so many naked people. Since William's arrival, he though slowed us down a little but he inspires us to be creative and bring him along on our adventurous journey!

It was so fun to see people in such creative outfits!

Or wonder is that outfit real? (he is one hairy man!)

Since this was the 100th anniversary for Bay-to-Breakers... we were not able to get tickets in time, but we went anyways... didn't quite make it to the finish line but it was fun!
William was wiped out on Grammie's back!
And the boys needed a long nap after that 12K walk!

How tall is William?

It is difficult for us to figure out how tall William is since he moves so fast. Here is a video of Eric chasing William with a tape measure:

Celebrating the month of May!

May is a big month in our household. There is our wedding anniversary, dating anniversary, and Mother's day. Of course we have to celebrate all the occasions with lots of fun activities and good food ^_^

Eric started the celebration by taking the family to Delancy Street restaurant with some great dinner and dessert!

Here is Julie's favorite shot of Eric and William while Eric was taking the family to get our first family portrait done ^_^

Yes! free family portrait in ketchup and mustard!

Then we continue the celebration with some bacon sundae ^_^

Here is Julie and William enjoying one of Julie's Mother's day present: BUBBLES! (click for video).

Besides eating, we also did a lot of hiking in the month of May to get ready for Bay-to-Breaker 12 K walk. Here is us on our 5 mile hike.

Topping it off with Julie's favorite Taiwanese food ^_^

Another tired but satisfied customer!

For our wedding anniversary, Eric planned out a Go Car ride of San Francisco so we can be tourist for a day.

The fume from the Go Car reminded Julie of Taiwan.

It took us awhile to get to the Golden Gate Bridge.

Happy Month of May!!!
